W Gavin Robb is an architectural designer, scholar, maker, and educator. He is interested in the edge of design, where the sublime joins with the everyday. His work explores the boundaries of digital tools, the prosthetic relationship of the tool to the hand, and the role of the architect in civil society.

Gavin founded Kin Design Studio in 2017, where he is the studio lead. The studio uses advanced digital fabrication, community engagement, and a deep knowledge of how cities work to create inspiring places for people. Among other projects he is currently designing a 250+ student school in Kampala, Uganda.
