Matt Carrano Joins Miller Street Studios

Matt Carrano joins Miller Street Studios after spending more than 25 years at Central Street Studios in Somerville. Matt has been a fixture in the Somerville arts community as a founding member and first president of Somerville Open Studios.

He has shown his work locally around the greater Boston area and is currently exhibiting his paintings at the Bakehaus Café in Belmont and at the Watson MacRae Gallery in Sanibel, Florida.

Matt’s paintings straddle the boundary between representation and abstraction. He is especially drawn to the landscape and connecting with nature through his art.
