Laidy Saenz Joins Miller Street Studios

Laidy R. Saenz is an interdisciplinary artist who works in wearables, sculpture, and installation.  She often blends materials in unexpected ways such as plexi with Andean textiles and manipulates them with laser cutting and 3D printing technologies.  Her current work investigates themes of hybrid identity, migration, and memory. She often draws from ancient Peruvian cultures to create abstract designs and re-imagines them in a new context.
